The nuts on this weld plate are fully welded not tack welded. It’ll take more than a little too much juice with your impact to break them loose. They’re hand welded to a 3/16″ steel plate that slips into place easily so you can bolt them up and get going. It’s easier to use and tougher than a standard radius rod nut retainer.
