After much anticipation, Offroad Armor has finished developing the only Aluminum framed upper doors for the Honda Pioneer 1000 & 1000-5. These work with the existing OEM lower doors. The upper doors are mounted to Aluminum mounting plates that are bolted to the top of the door. The upper doors are made using 1/8″ aluminum and 1/8″ scratch resistant lexan polycarbonate. The rugged hinge design will allow it to stand up to the roughest trails.

The Honda Pioneer Aluminum upper doors offer effortless removal by unbolting four bolts that hold it to the mounting plates and lifting upper doors from the hinge.  The mounting plates also double as a comfortable arm rest for the when the doors are removed.

The entire door can be opened from the outside with a supplied strap that runs through the mounting plates.

Soft back doors and back panels Feature:

  • 100% top gun polyester marine grade fabric
  • PVC 0.30 smoke gray vinyl
  • Vinyl has a cold crack rating of -20 degrees
  • Waterproof and abrasion resistant

  • Soft Rear Doors, 2 Soft Back Panels and Aluminum Doors.
  • Thick bulb seal around doors to provide tight seal against frame.
  • All mounting hardware and instructions included.
  • Both passenger, driver upper doors and mounting plates.

  • Rugged upper hinges to take the burden off the OEM factory hinge.
  • Any side mirror can be use with these, or you can drill a hole in the door hinge mounting plate and mount it there.
  • Will work with any existing windshield including the SuperAtv, Spike and Offroad Armor Windshields. Will need to purchase the thinner replacement clamps below.

You will be able to vent the front hinge plate by taking the bulb seal off the front to allow forced air in .

****The factory roof may need to be trimmed slightly, or you can put some spacers on the factory roof mounts to raise the roof slightly to allow clearance. Some customers have also made the doors work by sealing them up against there OEM roof.
